I think I got this recipe from NancysKitchen. It is just absolutely awesome!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 C. Half & Half
  • 2 C. cantaloupe, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 C. vanilla ice cream

Directions
  1. Combine half & half, cantaloupe and vanilla in 5-cup blender container.
  2. Cover; blend at medium speed until well blended (30 seconds to 1 minute).
  3. Scrape down sides of container; add ice cream.
  4. Cover; blend at medium speed until smooth (10 to 15 seconds).
  5. Pour into individual glasses.
  6. Serve immediately.
