These quesidillas are mouth watering, one is not enough. the tortillas are buttered and cooked to perfection. Dipped in my guacamole (under guacamole recipes) is a great appetizer for any dinner party.

Ingredients
  • flour tortillas
  • colby jack or monterey jack cheese
  • butter
  • guacamole ( my recipe works well)

Directions
  1. Heat a smooth bottomed pan on high heat. Melt the butter, do NOT brown it.
  2. Turn heat down to medium to low heat. place 1 tortilla in the pan.
  3. Use a fork to slowly turn the tortilla until golden brown.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for another tortilla.
  5. Shred desired amount of cheese and sprinkle it on a tortilla, put the other tortilla on top of it.
  6. Cook on medium high in buttered pan.
  7. Flip it when tortilla is golden brown and cheese is partially melted.
  8. It is done when both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Cut the quesidilla like a pizza and dip them in guacamole if desired.
  10. Enjoy!
