tasty quesidillas Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat a smooth bottomed pan on high heat. Melt the butter, do NOT brown it.
  • Turn heat down to medium to low heat. place 1 tortilla in the pan.
  • Use a fork to slowly turn the tortilla until golden brown.
  • Repeat steps 1-3 for another tortilla.
  • Shred desired amount of cheese and sprinkle it on a tortilla, put the other tortilla on top of it.
  • Cook on medium high in buttered pan.
  • Flip it when tortilla is golden brown and cheese is partially melted.
  • It is done when both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Cut the quesidilla like a pizza and dip them in guacamole if desired.
  • Enjoy!
