How to make it

  • Everything in a saucepan and bring to a simmer and stir for 20 minutes
  • Add meat and simmer for a further 10 minutes
  • Put all ingredients into a sealed bag or covered bowl
  • Marinade in fridge for as long as you can, overnight of course is best
  • The garlic sauce was a homemade condiment a family member made, worcester sauce is a good substitute.
