Great fast dish, few dishes!!! My son loves it and we have it just about every Saturday!!

Ingredients
  • 500gm Chicken (diced)
  • Medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Packet - Wide Fettuccine
  • 250g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)

Directions
  1. Combine chicken stock powder with 1 cup hot water.
  2. Pour into bender water/chicken stock then add cream cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley. Blend until smooth and leave in blender until needed.
  3. Lightly cook chicken and onion for 7 mins then add paprika. Stir until chicken and onion are well coated
  4. Once done add other ingredients, simmer for 25 mins on low.
  5. Cook pasta and then add to mixture.
  6. Serve.
