Basil Grape Fusion Sauce

- fish sauce (1/4 cup) shopping list
- grape juice (1/2 can (8 ounces)) shopping list
- lemon (1/2 of lemon) -- juiced shopping list
- grape ( 1 cup) -- chopped shopping list
- basil (1 cup) -- chopped shopping list
- sugar (5 table spoons) shopping list
- garlic ( 5 cloves) -- chopped shopping list
- chicken bouillon (1 teaspoon) shopping list
- McCormick Original season All (1 teaspoon) shopping list
- Optional: Thai pepper (5 peppers) -- chopped shopping list
- For marinade, add 5th season - Seasoned meat tenderizer (1 teaspoon) shopping list
- For Dipping, add corn starch (1 teaspoon); water (1/2 cup); corn or Veggie oil (1/4 cup) shopping list
How to make it
- For Marinade, mix all "Main" & "Marinade" ingredients together in a bowl. Then, put meat in the plastic bag and pour the mixed ingredients into the bag and then refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
- For Dipping, mix all "Main" & "Dipping" ingredients together except the oil in a sauce pan over med-heat. Once it boiled, add the oil and reduce heat to simmer for 2 minutes.
