Turkey Kunckle Soup Recipe
Goes great with corn bread. When I make this people smile. This could be called dump soup. You just put as much or as little as you would like in the pot.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb turkey knuckles
  • 4 to five medium or large potatoes. Peeled and diced.
  • 1 can whole corn
  • Seasond salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • I medium onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour

Directions
  1. Place knuckles, salt, pepper and onion in a large pot with water 3/4
  2. filled.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Remove from pot and cool.
  5. Once cooled, remove fat.
  6. Place potatoes in same pot to cook while you are de-fatting. Cook until tender.
  7. Place kunckles and corn in pot. Simmer low until corn and meat are heated through.
  8. You can eat as is.
  9. I like to take the flour and mix with liquid from the pot or plain water.
  10. Add to pot to thicken.
