Baked Beef Burgandy Recipe
Wonderful recipe for easy oven beef burgundy.

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of celery soup,undiluted
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup,undiluted
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1c red burgundy wine or beef broth
  • 2lbs. stew meat

Directions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 325 for 3-31/2 hours,until meat is tender.
  2. Serve over rice or noodles
