How to make it

  • Saute sausage, onion, and garlic in heavy stockpot for 4-5 min.
  • Add mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, celery and seasonings. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add stock. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • At this time you can decide if you want it a little thicker, and add cornstarch mix.
