Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 c dates, minced
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbls flour
  • 1/8 teasp salt
  • 1/2 t vanilla

Directions
  1. Combine dates with sugar, flour and salt.
  2. Stir in egg whites and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 325.
