Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients

12 oz can of beer

3 cups of self rising flour

4 T. sugar

2 T butter, melted

Directions

Combine first three ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until combined approx. 30 seconds. Pour into greased 9 inch bread pan. Pour melted butter over top of bread. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool to room temperature and wrap in plastic wrap or store in airtight container. Best if kept in refridgerator and warmed to eat.
