How to make it

  • Bring rice or pasta to boil in water. (you want enough water to have broth for the dish.
  • Lower heat to medium low.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Butter is added (use at least 3 tablespoons - more if you like)
  • Continue cooking till rice or pasta is al dente.
  • DO NOT DRAIN WATER
  • Whisk 2 eggs together and slowly add to pasta-rice/water. Continue cooking,
  • Now add 1 or 2 whole eggs into pot and also add the cheese. Stir very gently and cook till egg(s) are soft but not runny.
  • Serve in bowls, and enjoy!!!
