Pasta or Rice Eggs

- 1/2 cup rice or 1 cup pasta shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- butter to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Bring rice or pasta to boil in water. (you want enough water to have broth for the dish.
- Lower heat to medium low.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Butter is added (use at least 3 tablespoons - more if you like)
- Continue cooking till rice or pasta is al dente.
- DO NOT DRAIN WATER
- Whisk 2 eggs together and slowly add to pasta-rice/water. Continue cooking,
- Now add 1 or 2 whole eggs into pot and also add the cheese. Stir very gently and cook till egg(s) are soft but not runny.
- Serve in bowls, and enjoy!!!
