How to make it

  • Saute chicken in oil until browned. Remove, set aside and add the garlic, onion, carrots, red pepper and squash. Saute veggies about 5 minutes and add: ranch dressing mix, soup base, half & half and 1 pt. plain yogurt. Stir well, add chicken and cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in the remaining yogurt mixed with the cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened.
  • Serve over cooked linguini. Or you could use rice, too.
