Ingredients

Puff pastry (you can do it by yourself ...I prefer to buy it)

Cooked spinach (you can change the type of vegetable you use)

Bacon

Eggs (or "besciamella" souce - i.e. milk, butter and flour souce)

Cheese (you can choose the type of cheese you use)

Directions

Preheat oven

Roll out the dough (puff pastry) and put it into the baking-pan

Mix the ingredients and pour them into the puff pastry

Bake 20 minutes

Sorry, I have never prepared puff pastry. I usually buy it (in italy they sell fresh or frozen puff pastry at the supermarket).
