Looks wonderful and easy also. Thanks for posting

Sounds great, but, how much egg, cheese?

A couple of eggs. Cheese: it depends on the type of cheese you use, enough to taste, but not to overcome the other ingredients ;-)

Wow, love quiche, but didn't think it could be so easy to cook, thanks this sounds wonderful.

Much of the appeal of quiche is in its pastry. I have no idea where to buy puff pastry. - well at least where I'm at..anyway would you please give me tips as to how I can get/make this item.

Sorry, I have never prepared puff pastry. I usually buy it (in italy they sell fresh or frozen puff pastry at the supermarket).
