How to make it

  • Preheat oven
  • Roll out the dough (puff pastry) and put it into the baking-pan
  • Mix the ingredients and pour them into the puff pastry
  • Bake 20 minutes

    sorry, I have never prepared puff pastry. I usually buy it (in italy they sell fresh or frozen puff pastry at the supermarket).

    much of the appeal of quiche is in its pastry. I have no idea where to buy puff pastry. - well at least where I'm at..anyway would you please give me tips as to how I can get/make this item.

    A couple of eggs. Cheese: it depends on the type of cheese you use, enough to taste, but not to overcome the other ingredients ;-)
