How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Place fruit into saucepan on medium heat
  • Add sugar and cornstarch
  • Add Lemon Juice
  • Place tarts onto cookie sheet or into muffin tins.
  • Drop fillling into tarts in 1-1/2 tbsp at a time
  • PLace into oven for 8-12 minutes or until tarts begin to brown
  • remove and cool.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.
