Tied up tenderloin

- 4 pound tenderloin (back strap) deer, antelope , goat, etc... shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions shopping list
- 8 strips bacon shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls. worestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine shopping list
- 1 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- cooking string shopping list
How to make it
- Butterfly loin. place on 4 equal cuts of string. spread garlic evenly over bottom wing place bacon strips to cover . lay in green onions sprinkle with onion powder coat good . fold loin & tie tight. in mixing bowl blend rest of ingredients . marinate loin with mix 2 hr minimum. turn often, to coat all meat at room temp. roast 1 to 2 hrs 325 degrees or until center is 160 degrees. (med. rare ) closed grill is best but oven is good . Slice into 6 even pieces and serve.
