Potatoe Salad

- 6 Large white potatoes peeled & diced shopping list
- 7 fresh farm eggs boiled shopping list
- 1 can black olives shopping list
- 1 Jar dill pickles shopping list
- 4 stalks chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh green onion & red shopping list
- 2 spriggs fresh dill shopping list
- 2 spriggs fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 fresh leafs fresh sweet basil shopping list
- 2 Tsp celery salt shopping list
- 2 Tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mayo shopping list
- 2tsp dejon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes and eggs. About 20 to 25 min.
- While they are boiling wash and chop olives, pickles, celery , onion set aside.
- Chop dill ,cilantro, sweet basil.
- When potatoes are done drain water let cool.
- Peel boiled eggs chop fine.
- In a large salad bowl combine cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, olives, pickles, celery, onions, dill, cilantro, sweet basil, celery salt, & pepper.
- Add Mayo & mustard stir until combined.
- Refrigerate until time to serve.
- Best 2 to 3 Hrs
