How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and slice into quarters. Steam or boil until cooked.
  • Drain water, cool, then slice (1/4 inch thickness).
  • Boil eggs for 8 minutes, drain, cool in water, then peel.
  • Slice eggs (1/4 inch thickness).
  • Slice Turkey Grillers (1/4 inch pieces).
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a small casserole dish with butter or oil.
  • Layer potatoes until they fully cover the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Layer eggs until they fully cover the casserole dish.
  • Layer Turkey Grillers until they fully cover the casserole dish.
  • Spread a layer of sour cream as the top layer.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and place in oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
