Kimchi Stir-fry

- Udon - 1 bundle shopping list
- bacon - 1/2 lb shopping list
- Kimchi - 1 jar shopping list
- garlic cloves - 4, chopped shopping list
- green peppers - 1 shopping list
- yellow squash - 1 shopping list
- zucchini - 1 shopping list
- red onion - 1/2 shopping list
- tofu - 1 package super firm cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Boil udon noodles until soft
- Drain noodles, set aside
- Chop vegetables into bite size pieces - keep onion seperate
- Heat a pan with two tablespoons of sesame oil (other oil will suffice)
- Cut bacon into bite size pieces
- Put bacon into heated, oiled pan
- Add onions to pan
- Add chopped garlic cloves
- Sautee for ~5 minutes
- Add the rest of the vegetables
- Stir-fry for ~10 minutes, off and on
- Add noodles
- Stir until well-mixed
- Serve
