How to make it

  • Boil udon noodles until soft
  • Drain noodles, set aside
  • Chop vegetables into bite size pieces - keep onion seperate
  • Heat a pan with two tablespoons of sesame oil (other oil will suffice)
  • Cut bacon into bite size pieces
  • Put bacon into heated, oiled pan
  • Add onions to pan
  • Add chopped garlic cloves
  • Sautee for ~5 minutes
  • Add the rest of the vegetables
  • Stir-fry for ~10 minutes, off and on
  • Add noodles
  • Stir until well-mixed
  • Serve
