Ingredients
  • Udon - 1 bundle
  • Bacon - 1/2 lb
  • Kimchi - 1 jar
  • Garlic cloves - 4, chopped
  • Green Peppers - 1
  • Yellow Squash - 1
  • Zucchini - 1
  • Red onion - 1/2
  • Tofu - 1 package super firm cubes

Directions
  1. Boil udon noodles until soft
  2. Drain noodles, set aside
  3. Chop vegetables into bite size pieces - keep onion seperate
  4. Heat a pan with two tablespoons of sesame oil (other oil will suffice)
  5. Cut bacon into bite size pieces
  6. Put bacon into heated, oiled pan
  7. Add onions to pan
  8. Add chopped garlic cloves
  9. Sautee for ~5 minutes
  10. Add the rest of the vegetables
  11. Stir-fry for ~10 minutes, off and on
  12. Add noodles
  13. Stir until well-mixed
  14. Serve
