Yummy Yummy Sweet cookies, good with Milk or a nice warm not too sweet tea, they are really rich, and EXTREMELY addicting...

Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups Unsifted Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Finely chopped Nuts (walnuts usually but any kind will do)
  • and a little more powdered sugar for later to roll them in

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and Vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, salt, & nuts until dough holds together.
  4. Shape the dough in to 1 inch balls (1/2 inch if you want them to last longer)
  5. Place about 1 inch apart on an un greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake until set, but not brown. (10-12 min)
  7. Roll in powdered sugar while warm; cool.
  8. Roll in powdered sugar again.
  9. (Yields aprox 4 dozen)
