Ingredients
  • 3 green zucchini
  • 3 yellow zucchini
  • Fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions
  1. Cut zucchini into strips 1" wide by 4" long by 1/2" thick
  2. Fire up the grill, set to low flame
  3. Grill strips, turning often and brushing with Ital salad dressing
  4. On last turn, when strips have grill marks, sprinkle with parsley flakes
