How to make it

  • Cut zucchini into strips 1" wide by 4" long by 1/2" thick
  • Fire up the grill, set to low flame
  • Grill strips, turning often and brushing with Ital salad dressing
  • On last turn, when strips have grill marks, sprinkle with parsley flakes
