Ingredients

2 cups butter (no substitutes), soften

1 cup sugar

4 cups flour

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup crushed potato chips

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar

gradually add flour beating until combined

cover and refrigerate for 1 hour

drop dough by tablespoonful 2 inchs apart onto ungreased baking sheets

bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

remove to wire racks to cool

enjoy

I love this recipe. When I was in Indonesia a very common cookie was a simple cookine like this but used Corn Flakes. I could never find a recipe, I'll try this recipe both ways.
