Ingredients
  • 2 lb Turkey Breast
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 T paprika
  • 1/2 T coriander
  • 1/2 T dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
  • 1/4 c. marsala cooking wine
  • 3 T. flour (i like thick gravy, reduce amount for thinner gravy)

Directions
  1. Rinse turkey breast in cold water.
  2. Mix onion, garlic, paprika, coriander, basil and pepper in small bowl.
  3. Rub mixture onto meat. Be sure to lift skin (but do not remove) and apply seasoning to all of the meat.
  4. Lay skin back down and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour in a deep baking dish.
  6. For Gravy:
  7. When turkey is finished cooking, remove it from the dish.
  8. Scrap out the drippings in the dish and pour into saucepan.
  9. Add broth and whisk in flour.
  10. Bring to a boil and stir while boiling for 5 min.
  11. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10min until desired thickness.
