How to make it
- In a small pan, add oil, garlic and onion, cook for about 10 minutes on low heat or until tender and golden brown. Add wine, stir to mix, cover on low heat to reduce wine and color to onion.
- When done, removed from heat, add butter and combined well.
- Scoop a 2 tbsp of butter mixture on to your rib eyes steak, any steak, lamb or meat as topping and it ready to serve.
- Save the rest in a refrigerator container for futher uses.
