Tomato Pie

- 4 large beefsteak tomatoes shopping list
- 1 lb deboned pork or beef chops shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes shopping list
- 1 Tbsp milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Skin and slice the tomatoes and use them to line the bottom of a pie plate.
- Place chops on top of tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste; cover with the rest of the tomatoes.
- Peel and mash the potatoes, cold.
- Warm milk and butter and add them to the potatoes.
- Cover the pie with this as a crust, and bake for 75 minutes.
