How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Chop up chosen veggies - I recommend anything that's in season.
  • Layer the two tortillas on top of each other on a baking sheet.
  • Top the tortiallas with the tomato sauce, spreading evenly and leaving approx. 1 inch around the outer edge of the tortilla.
  • Lay the sliced garlic evenly around on the sauce.
  • Apply veggies, crumbles of the meat (if using) and shreds of the cheese (if using).
  • Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove carefully, cut however you please and enjoy!

    A near by restaurant served this type of recipe they called them cheese crisp, the crust was thin they had a Mexican flare, Jalipenos , Guacamole thinly sliced lettuce ,Black olives ,Cheese and salsa. It was delicious
