- 4 quarts tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Blanch skin and quarter tomatoes then add salt and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Fill jars then pressure cook 15 minutes at 11 pounds pressure.
