California Flank Steak

- 32 ounce flank steak cut into 4 serving size portions shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except steak in a bowl then pour over steaks in a sealable container.
- Marinate one hour shaking every 15 minutes.
- Grill to desired doneness and allow to sit 10 minutes before serving.
