Minted Lamb Ribs Recipe
This is a nice lamb recipe that I obtained from the Wade Estate in Garland, Texas in 1991. I have not personally made this but my sister has and her family and mine love it. Hope you do too.

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds lamb ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions
  1. Blend seasoning ingredients and pour over meat in pan.
  2. Marinate 4 hours turning occasionally.
  3. Pour off marinade for basting sauce and cook ribs 45 minutes on grill 6” above coals.
  4. Add 1/3 cup olive oil to marinade and baste meat every 15 minutes turning each time.
  5. Serve with fruit type sauce or grilled pineapple slices garnished with additional fresh mint.
