Minted Lamb Ribs

- 4 pounds lamb ribs shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 4 tablespoons fresh mint chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
How to make it
- Blend seasoning ingredients and pour over meat in pan.
- Marinate 4 hours turning occasionally.
- Pour off marinade for basting sauce and cook ribs 45 minutes on grill 6” above coals.
- Add 1/3 cup olive oil to marinade and baste meat every 15 minutes turning each time.
- Serve with fruit type sauce or grilled pineapple slices garnished with additional fresh mint.
