Jeans Chicken Vesuois Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 or 4 slices bacon (you decide whether you want a whole or half slice wrapped around)

1 egg, beaten

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp oregano

1 cup bread crumbs, very fine

1/4 cup grated parmesa cheese

Directions

Roll up each chicken piece

Wrap a strip or half strip of bacon around the roll, securing with a toothpick.

Mix together bread crumbs and cheese.

Beat eggs and seasonings tog.

Dip chicken roll in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs and parmesan mixture.

Put in a baking dish and cover with foil or wrap in foil and put on cookie sheet.

Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, for about 1 hour or until done.

Run under broiler to brown slighlty if necessary.
