This was one of my all-time favorites. It's easy, tasty, GREAT served over homemade mashed potatoes. YUM! (I actually liked this one better with the chicken on the bones, more tender)

Ingredients
  • chicken breasts, no skin
  • oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • fresh small whole mushrooms / small package
  • small onion, cut in chunks

Directions
  1. In skillet brown chicken in a small bit of oil.
  2. In bowl mix tog. the soups, the onion chunks, the whole mushrooms.
  3. Pour it over the chicken . Cover and simmer for 1 hr.
