Chicken Marengo Recipe

Ingredients

chicken breasts, no skin

oil

1 can tomato soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

fresh small whole mushrooms / small package

small onion, cut in chunks

Directions

In skillet brown chicken in a small bit of oil.

In bowl mix tog. the soups, the onion chunks, the whole mushrooms.

Pour it over the chicken . Cover and simmer for 1 hr.
