Nothing could be simpler than this easy sauce which is perfect for basting beef, pork, chicken or fish on a grill. The combination of the vinegar, lemon and soy sauce give a great flavor to any meat! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 olive oil shopping list
- 1 TB soy sauce shopping list
- 1 TB granulated garlic or freshly minced garlic shopping list
- ground pepper and salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Brush lightly over any foods on a grill or in a broiler.
- When the meat has finished cooking, brush one more time for additional flavor!
