Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 olive oil
  • 1 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB granulated garlic or freshly minced garlic
  • Ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Brush lightly over any foods on a grill or in a broiler.
  3. When the meat has finished cooking, brush one more time for additional flavor!
