this is sweet and fruity all at the same time and easy to make

Ingredients
  • cupcake liners
  • vanilla wafers
  • cream cheese
  • sugar vanilla
  • eggs
  • fruit pie filling

Directions
  1. 24 cupcake liners
  2. 24 vanilla wafers
  3. 3 8oz pkgs.cream cheese
  4. 1 c. sugar
  5. 1 t.vanilla
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1 can of fruit pie filling ( any kind will do)
  8. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners, put one wafer in each cup. In large bowl mix cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Fill cups 2/3 full,bake 25 mins. Chill. Fill with fruit filling. This is better if served cold.
