Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick Heart Smart Baking Mix
  • 1/4+2 Tblsp. Splenda Grandular
  • 1TBLSP.baking powder
  • 1 (6oz.) Frozen lemonade (thawed)
  • 1 egg well beaten or equal egg substitute
  • 2 Tblsp. Land O' Lake fat free half and half
  • 1/4 Cups I cant belive its not butter
  • 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. spray 8 muffin wells or line each cup
  3. in a lg bowl, mix baking mix, 1/4Cups splenda, baking powder.
  4. in sm bowl, 1/2 C lemonade, egg, half and half, and butter
  5. add lemonade mix to baking mix mixture
  6. mix gently to combine
  7. fold in nuts
  8. evenly spoon mix into muffin wells
  9. bake 15-17 mins
  10. place muffin pan on wire rack
  11. brush the tops with the remaining lemonade and sprinkle with the splenda
  12. remove the muffins from pan to finish cooling on wire rack
