Pumpkin Cookies Covered With Decadence

                    - 1-3/4 cup shortening shopping list
- 3-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 7 eggs shopping list
- 1 large can pumpkin shopping list
- 5 cups flour shopping list
- 3-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 7 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1 large package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled cookies and garnish with chopped nuts.
