CREAMY BLACK AND WHITE DECADENCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Tameka Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 stick margarine
  • 1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecan
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 large package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 large package chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk

Directions
  1. Combine flour, sugar and pecans then cut in margarine until crumbly.
  2. Press into rectangular greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes then cool.
  3. Beat together powdered sugar and cream cheese then fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. Spread on cooled crust.
  5. Beat both pudding mixes with milk then spread on cheese mixture.
  6. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding and chill overnight.
  7. Before serving sprinkle grated chocolate bar on top.
