CREAMY HONEY ICE CREAM This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. Combine honey with 1 cup light cream then beat in remaining cream, egg and vanilla.
  2. Stir in heavy cream then chill and freeze according to manufacturer.
