Creamy Tiramisu

- 4 ounce package ladyfingers shopping list
- 1/2 cup espresso coffee brewed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brandy shopping list
- 6 eggs separated shopping list
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, heavy cream and sour cream together.
- Spread ladyfingers on a large baking sheet.
- In small bowl combine coffee and brandy then sprinkle ladyfingers with this mixture.
- In medium bowl beat egg yolks and sugar with electric mixer for 5 minutes.
- Add cream cheese mixture and blend on low speed until combined.
- In large bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form about 3 minutes.
- Using a spatula fold whites into cream cheese mixture.
- Line bottom 8 cup soufflé dish with half of the ladyfingers.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture on ladyfingers and sift 2 tablespoons cocoa over surface.
- Repeat layers ending with cocoa.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- To serve spoon onto serving plate.
