How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese, heavy cream and sour cream together.
  • Spread ladyfingers on a large baking sheet.
  • In small bowl combine coffee and brandy then sprinkle ladyfingers with this mixture.
  • In medium bowl beat egg yolks and sugar with electric mixer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese mixture and blend on low speed until combined.
  • In large bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form about 3 minutes.
  • Using a spatula fold whites into cream cheese mixture.
  • Line bottom 8 cup soufflĂ© dish with half of the ladyfingers.
  • Spread half the cream cheese mixture on ladyfingers and sift 2 tablespoons cocoa over surface.
  • Repeat layers ending with cocoa.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • To serve spoon onto serving plate.
