How to make it

  • Melt butter and chocolate chips together in double boiler.
  • In large bowl beat eggs with salt until foamy.
  • Slowly beat in sugar until well blended then beat in vanilla.
  • With wooden spoon stir in chocolate mixture until almost blended.
  • Stir in flour and cocoa until almost blended.
  • Stir in chopped seeded peppers and nuts.
  • Pour into buttered rectangular pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Combine all icing ingredients and beat until well mixed.
  • When cool top with frosting.
