This is a lo cal type of salsa but very tasty .. Its very good will grilled meats of any type..

Ingredients
  • 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vietnamese chili paste or chopped fresh jalapeno pepper. (this amount is strictly depending on your hot Taste)

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. This makes 2 cups.
