Another great 1 packet meal for camping with easy clean-up.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup Russian salad dressing

Directions
  1. Combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  2. Shape into 4 patties; place on a large square heavy-duty foil.
  3. Top each with onion, green pepper and potatoes.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp. salad dressing to each.
  5. Fold and seal foil.
  6. Grill over hot coals for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
