How to make it

  • Combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  • Shape into 4 patties; place on a large square heavy-duty foil.
  • Top each with onion, green pepper and potatoes.
  • Add 1 Tbsp. salad dressing to each.
  • Fold and seal foil.
  • Grill over hot coals for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
