This recipe is a Filipino dish and is known for it's sour soup (broth) that is soooo tasty in every sip along with the pork that is suuupppeeerrr tender. You'll really love to eat this dish....

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Pork shoulder (diced into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1.5 Liters of water
  • 5 Medium Sized red Onions (slice it from top to bottom)
  • 5 pcs medium sized tomtaoes (sliced in halves)
  • 1 Tbsp pepper corn
  • Spinach
  • enouogh Salt to taste
  • Tamarind (you can use a Tamarind powder as well)
  • Green chilis (optional)
  • You can also use Beef, prawns and milk fish for this recipe

Directions
  1. Clean the pork and cut them to 1 inch cubes
  2. Add the first 5 ingredients in a pot (with water of course)
  3. Boil it for 1 to 2 hours or until the pork slips when you poke it with a fork (they rhyme don't they? hehe)
  4. Once it starts to boil, add the salt peppercorns and the tamarind powder.
  5. Add the spinach last (after you've turned off the stove)
  6. Add salt and the tamarind powder until you get your desired sour taste.
  7. Enjoy!!!
