How to make it

  • Mix the first four ingredients (broccoli, sprouts, cabbage, garlic) together in a large bowl
  • Mix the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and as many spices as you'd like together
  • Pour the sauce over the veggies
  • Let marinade for at least a couple of hours; up to a couple of days is fine
  • Siphon off any excess liquid and serve!
