Raw Broccoli and Sprout Stir Fry

- broccoli - 2 heads, cut into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- mung bean sprouts - 1 large handful shopping list
- cabbage - 1 cup, shredded shopping list
- garlic - 2 cloves, finely sliced shopping list
- apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup, as needed shopping list
- soy sauce - 1/4 cup shopping list
- ginger - to taste (optional) shopping list
- black pepper - to taste (optional) shopping list
- curry powder - to taste (optional) shopping list
- red pepper flakes - to taste (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first four ingredients (broccoli, sprouts, cabbage, garlic) together in a large bowl
- Mix the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and as many spices as you'd like together
- Pour the sauce over the veggies
- Let marinade for at least a couple of hours; up to a couple of days is fine
- Siphon off any excess liquid and serve!
