Bologna Wrapped Asparagus Recipe

	easy side vegetable asparagus bologna

Ingredients

10 asparagus spears

2 tablespoons spicy mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

10 large slices bologna

Directions

Trim bottom end of asparagus and blanch with boiling water.

Blend mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Divide and spread mustard mixture evenly on large bologna slices.

Wrap one asparagus spear in each bologna slice.

Place slices in a single layer on a round microwave platter or plate.

Cover lightly with paper towels. Then cook 1 minute on medium.

Rotate plate after 30 seconds.
