Bologna Wrapped Asparagus

- 10 asparagus spears shopping list
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise shopping list
- 10 large slices bologna shopping list
How to make it
- Trim bottom end of asparagus and blanch with boiling water.
- Blend mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Divide and spread mustard mixture evenly on large bologna slices.
- Wrap one asparagus spear in each bologna slice.
- Place slices in a single layer on a round microwave platter or plate.
- Cover lightly with paper towels. Then cook 1 minute on medium.
- Rotate plate after 30 seconds.
