BABY BACK RIBS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stewart Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 10 pounds baby back pork ribs separated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Mustard Sauce:
  • 1 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup dry white wine

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on ribs then place in a large baking pan and bake 1 hour.
  3. Drizzle with mustard sauce and serve immediately.
