How to make it

  • Bone and pound chicken breasts then dredge with flour.
  • Melt butter in a baking pan.
  • Coat chicken on all sides turning skin side up then bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Brush occasionally with pan drippings.
  • Meanwhile make lemon baste by mixing lemon juice, minced onion, garlic and salt and pepper.
  • Brush chicken with part of the baste and bake brushing with remaining baste 30 minutes longer.
