Baked Lemon Chicken

- 4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced onion shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bone and pound chicken breasts then dredge with flour.
- Melt butter in a baking pan.
- Coat chicken on all sides turning skin side up then bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
- Brush occasionally with pan drippings.
- Meanwhile make lemon baste by mixing lemon juice, minced onion, garlic and salt and pepper.
- Brush chicken with part of the baste and bake brushing with remaining baste 30 minutes longer.
