How to make it

  • Trim fat from beef then thinly slice beef across grain into bite size strips.
  • Spray a wok or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Heat over medium heat then stir fry garlic for 15 seconds.
  • Add squash and broccoli then stir fry 4 minutes and remove from walk.
  • Add oil to wok then add beef and stir fry 4 minutes.
  • Return vegetables to wok then add cherry tomato halves, salad dressing and green onions.
  • Toss to mix then cover to heat through.
  • Serve over hot pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
