Grilled Salmon with Veggies

- 2 large salmon filets (with or without skin) shopping list
- 3 large potatoes cut into chunks shopping list
- 1/2 onion diced shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove crushed shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tbs Citrus pepper seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Create an aluminum foil pouch and spray bottom with non stick cooking spray.
- Add salmon and season with Citrus Pepper seasoning.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and tightly wrap the salmon and veggies in foil.
- Throw on the grill over medium to low coals and allow to cook 30 min.
- Check on salmon about halfway through to make sure the bottom isn't burning.
- Make sure the packet stays shut tight to allow the steam and heat to build up to cook the veggies.
