White Chocolate Cheesecake

- 120g plain chocolate biscuits (cookies), crushed shopping list
- 60g butter shopping list
- 250g cream cheese, softened shopping list
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 200g white chocolate melts, melted shopping list
- 300ml cream shopping list
- 3 tspn gelatine shopping list
- 2 tbspn water shopping list
- 100g dark chocolate melts, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 20cm springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in cooled white melts and cream, stirring until thick.
- Sprinkle gelatine in hot water, stir until dissolved, cool (follow directions on pack). Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixture, spoon over crust.
- Swirl chocolate melts through the cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
