How to make it

  • Combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 20cm springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in cooled white melts and cream, stirring until thick.
  • Sprinkle gelatine in hot water, stir until dissolved, cool (follow directions on pack). Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixture, spoon over crust.
  • Swirl chocolate melts through the cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.

    I've never made a white chocolate cheesecake before but have wanted to. Your recipe sounds wonderful. I am just bookmarking it for future use.
