White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
A simple but delicious taste treat. Not only for special occasions, but for anytime!

Ingredients
  • 120g plain chocolate biscuits (cookies), crushed
  • 60g butter
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 300ml cream
  • 3 tspn gelatine
  • 2 tbspn water
  • 100g dark chocolate melts, melted

Directions
  1. Combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 20cm springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in cooled white melts and cream, stirring until thick.
  3. Sprinkle gelatine in hot water, stir until dissolved, cool (follow directions on pack). Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixture, spoon over crust.
  4. Swirl chocolate melts through the cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
