Stuffed Burger

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. ranch dressing divided shopping list
- 4 slices (Maple) bacon, cooked, crumbled shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. of 4cheese shredded cheese shopping list
- 4 hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted shopping list
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, diced shopping list
- 4 lettuce leaves shopping list
- 4 Large tomato slices shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and crumble 4 slices of bacon, dice up mushrooms, and set both aside.
- PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. of the ranch dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties.
- Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing, bacon, and the mushrooms.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the bacon mixture onto center of each of 4 of the patties;
- top with 1 Tb. of cheese and second patty.
- Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
- GRILL patties 7 to 10 min. on each side or until cooked hrough
- (160°F).
- Lightly toast the inside part of the buns on the grill for about 1 or two minutes.
- COVER bottom halves of buns with lettuce and burgers.
- Top with a tomato slice and the top half of the buns.
- Sink your teeth in.
