Ingredients
  • 2 oz Dry Gin
  • 1 tablespoon Castor Sugar
  • Juice from 1/2 lime (fresh squeezed)
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon (fresh squeezed)
  • Optional:
  • 1 Raw Egg White (as in example picture)
  • or
  • 1 Raw Egg Yoke
  • or
  • 1 Raw Egg

Directions
  1. Shake all ingredients with LOTS of cracked ice
  2. Strain into 8oz highball glass.
  3. Fill with seltzer
  4. Modifications:
  5. 1) Silver Gin Fizz, .. add an egg white before shaking with ice
  6. 2) Golden Gin Fizz,... add an egg Yoke before shaking with ice
  7. 3) Royal Gin Fiz,z... add a whole raw egg before shaking with ice
  8. Note: Eggs will make the drink SUPER frothy. This is a common addition to make those drinks (*egg whites) that have that thick creamy froth on them... many of the Froth Powder additives are just mostly powdered Egg Whites...oh.. Froth from egg whites stays a long time.. ..unlike just using soda water. Whites will not make the drink taste funky, or odd, as long as they are shaken WELL!
